Free Ground Shipping for all orders of $45 (USD) or more shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) excludes Alaska and Hawaii.
Small items and Low-Cost items will be shipped by USPS 1st Class Mail.

Most orders are ready in 1 hr. You will receive an update soon as your order is ready for pickup.
All orders over $50 will qualify for 24 hrs local delivery.
Expedited Shipping
Most orders qualify for expedited shipping. This option will be offered during checkout. All Item in stock will be shipped sameday as long as we receive the order before 5:30 p.m. central time or it will ship next business day.
P.O. boxes | Alaska, Hawaii & Canada
All Alaska, Hawaii & Canada shipments please contact our Sales department at sales@ipossupply.com for freight information to your destination.
P.O. Boxes - we do not offer PO box shipping for any items over 2 lbs.
Most orders placed no later than 4:00 p.m. central time will ship the same day.
Exceptions to same-day shipments are orders that require customization or shipping directly from the manufacturer.

Return Policy:
We accept returns of all unopened items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund minus any shipping fees.
> All returns for credit must have an RMA # from iPOSSupply.com to send the merchandise back within 30 days of purchase. If an incorrect item was shipped, please get in touch with us right of way either by email at info@ipossupply.com or call us at 800-767-3805.
> The Printer and other items must be returned in their original Printer or item box with all parts, accessories, and manuals.
> Clearance Items, Custom gift cards, or any custom orders are NON-returnable. No exceptions.
> All packages must be sent to iPOSSupply.com via prepaid freight with a copy of the invoice.
> All merchandise must be received in its original packaging in a re-saleable condition and include all parts, accessories, and/or manuals.
> Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
> All claims of defects or shortages must be made within 15 days of receipt of goods.
> Merchandise returned, tested functional, and without defect will be subject to a processing fee of 10% of the product price.
