We want to ensure you're happy with your purchase. You can return most items sold on iPOSSupply.com within the following timeframes:

  • Unopened Items: For a full refund minus any shipping fees, you can return unopened items within 30 days of receipt.
  • Refurbished Items: You can return refurbished items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund minus any shipping fees.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@ipossupply.com or call us at 800-767-3805. We'll arrange for a replacement and return of the incorrect item.

Return Requirements

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:

  • Request an RMA: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Before returning any items, please contact us to obtain an RMA number. Customer can login to their account and open a return request from their account page. 
  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your RMA number.
  • Original Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and manuals. Items must be in resalable condition.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Clearance items, custom gift cards, and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
  • Defects and Shortages: Claims for defects or missing items must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to returned merchandise that is tested functional and found to be without defect.
